Gingerbread House

I thought I had almost gotten away this year without making the gingerbread house. About a week before Christmas the kids kept reminding me. With left over candy from Madi's class party and what I had around the house these are the creations they came up with. Due to such great imaginations I knew I had to have two different ones. Which worked out great.
The kids hard at work
Isaah's and Paige's finished product. They have a fire in their backyard.

The final result of Talli and Madi. I believe that is a garden in the back yard.

How could you miss out on this messy fun? They are so darling! Even though I just saw them a month ago, they are already looking older. Who said everyone can change so fast! I'm thinkin the same with my kiddos! My baby is in Senior Primary-WHOA!
