Navajo Lake

We went camping a few weeks ago for a short trip up to Navajo Lake. It was a spur of the moment trip and was very short. Jody and Colby drove down and went with us. We found out that we love it up there. Mid 70's, lots of green and plenty to keep the kids busy. They were able to fish, hike and play in the water. One of the favorite things was an ice cave. You climb down some rocks and you are in a cave that is about 30 degrees colder and has snow and ice in it. The kids thought it was so cool (except Madi, she was afraid to go down).

The girls had about 10 baby ducks they were trying to get close to. They were feeding them sunflower seeds.
