While in UT the end of June we took for a drive up the top of Middle Canyon in Tooele. At the top you can look down into the Kennecot Copper Mines and across the Salt Lake and Tooele Valley. They thought it was pretty cool. Isaah of course wanted to know more about the copper mine than I had answers for. I haven't been up there for about 15 years, so it was fun to see.

I heard that the lookout was closed- maybe we'll bave to visit soon. We went to the visitors center last summer and really enjoyed the info- I bet Isaah would like it. Brax loved the trucks.
We went to the Copper mines this year while in Utah... it was very interesting and they have a very informational video that I think might take all of Isaah's questions! I didn't know you were so close to Mesquite, we would love to stop by on our next trip! xoxo D
